Shipping Policy
ORDER FULFILLMENT TIME
FIINR LLC owns and operates a state-of-the-art warehouse and shipping facility located in Denver, Colorado. Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8am – 5pm EST (not including holidays).
Although we strive to fulfill and ship all orders the day they are received, there are certain variables that may extend this turnaround time – for example, holidays. Additionally, it is important to note that orders placed after 3pm EST will not ship until the next business day. As such, if an order is placed on a Friday, it will not ship until Monday.
Transit times are dependent on the shipping method chosen during checkout and the distance of your delivery location from our warehouse.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
All orders are shipped in a plain brown box or padded envelope free of any logos or recognizable features. Additionally, shipping labels are nondescript, displaying the sender's name as FIINR. Should you require additional discretion when shipping your order, please contact our Customer Experience Team at Support@Fiinr.com , referencing your order number in the subject line.
SHIPPING WITHIN DOMESTIC US
FIINR uses a straightforward, flat-rate domestic shipping plan designed to save you money. All orders ship free via our Economy shipping method, while orders less than this amount will be presented with the following options at checkout.

Economy: $0 – 2-4 Business Days (often faster than that)

Standard: $11.00 – 2-3 Business Days

Express: $23.00 – 1-2 Business Days
Domestic orders are shipped through the United States Postal Service (USPS) or FedEx at our discretion. Tracking information is always provided and traceable through the carrier & accessible in your FIINR account. Packages are dispatched uninsured, Unless the shipment requires it due to the cost of goods sold. Should you require insurance for your parcel, please contact our Customer Experience Team Support@fiinr.com referencing your order number in the subject line – Please add the note insurance as well. Please note, additional fees will apply to insure your package. In some cases, FIINR will take on the responsibility financially for insuring your package.
FIINR LLC is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages, including those shipped to an APO, FPO, or PO Box.
WORLDWIDE LIMITED SHIPPING
International orders are shipped via FedEx International. Prices are calculated using live rates and dependent upon the weight and size of the order along with its destination address. Packages are dispatched uninsured. Should you require insurance for your parcel, please contact our Customer Experience team at support@fiinr.com referencing your order number in the subject line. Please note, additional fees will apply to insure your package.
Tracking information is always provided and traceable through the carrier. Buyers are fully responsible for complying with their country's laws, Customs regulations, taxes, and duties. Amazing Intimate Essentials is not responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged, delayed, or detained packages.
RIGHT TO HOLDING SHIPMENTS
Due to many cases of fraud, we withhold the right to ship the product right away if flagged by our fraud team. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding this. Once we confirm the sale is not fraudulent, we will ship out the item immediately and, in most cases, expedite the shipping process.
UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
Should your order be returned to us as undeliverable (due to an incorrect address, missing apartment number, etc.), we will notify you by email. You may also get a phone call if an item is returned to us. Should it be determined that the delivery problem was due to an error on the part of FIINR or the carrier, then we will either replace your order or issue a refund and or exchange.
